help with Russian searching
We have a DB with Russian, Greek & English records.
MySQL charset: UTF-8 Unicode (utf8)
MySQL connection collation: utf8_unicode_ci
Table Collation is utf8_general_ci
But... Russian searching is NOT case insensitive.
Can anyone point me in the right direction to make it so? Or help with sorting this out?
