Conversion from foxpro to access or foxpro to mysql! Please help

Hi I am a new bie to mysql. I am trying to migrate from foxpro to mysql. Does someone know of a way using which we can convert the foxpro database to the access form which then can be converted to mysql using the migration toolkit provided by mysql or better if we can convert directly from the visual foxpro to mysql?

Any help is appreciated.
