importing T-SQL stored procedures

hello,

i am trying to get a MS SQL 2005 database into MySQL 5. So far i've got the tables and the data. However, I haven't been able to import any stored procedures so far.

Does anyone know of any utility that can be used to help with this process? I can change the compatibility mode of the SQL database to 2000, if that helps.

thanks.
