LOAD DATA INFILE errorcode 2

Hello
I am on a linux server and trying to load the data in a file in the database through a php script. I hav the root access to run the script and it works perfect in my local server.

But when i tried the same in the live server it says

#13 - Can't get stat of '/www/BLM/davidharris/streamln2007110902.BLM' (Errcode: 2)

that is the path where i have uploaded the file with an extension of .BLM

Can some one help me reg this?
