Migration from 3.23.49 to 4.1.9 but i've only got the files not a working server!!

Hi all, help would be greatly appreciated..

I have a dead linux web server box that had mysql-3.23.49 installed, I have a copy of all the files from the linux box but need to get the database back up and working. I have running easy php with MySQL 4.1.9 running under windows, is there any way of importing my 3.23.49 datafiles into 4.1.9??
