hello everybody. i am a student of B.S.C IT in India and i am going to work on an project named telephone billing system. in which i have to made a application in user records, their bills, their detail has to be maintained. can any body suggest me that before starting this project what things i should kept in my mind. i mean before implementation what algorithm i should make.
