Could not able to connect MySql 4.1.3-beta through API SQLConnect and SQLDriverConnect on Win2K

Hello EveryBody,
I am using MySQL 4.1.3-beta.not able to connect MySQL 4.1.3-beta through SQLDriverConnect() or SQLConnect() using ConnectString from .ini file .
