A very odd ODBC problem: Mysql connection busy
I have a Foxpro V9 sp2 program. It does 70,000+ updates to a MySQL table. Problem is the first update causes the cursor in MySQL to become busy for anywhere up to 5 minutes. I do a suspend in foxpro and wait, then do a resume and the last 70,000+ records are processed in the matter of seconds.
Any idea what would be causing this to happen?
