Migrating to Joomla 1.5

Hey How would I go about migrating my site at:
http://www.mad4flash.com to a setup on Joomla. Is there a way to back up all of the data on MYSQL, and If i migrate to Joomla would I still be able to access all of my files on that new setup, how exactly would I go about doing this?
