The Installation instructions for the Chat service SHOULD include the database setup.
If there is an install script, it is in the install script that the database setup should be and it is a waste of peoples time (here) to help you with it (especially since you gave NO INFORMATION WHATSOEVER) and since you indicate you PURCHASED IT --> then it is from the place you purchased it from to help you!!!!
