MySQL expert needed for algorithmic trading system

Requirements - design a semantic analysis system, including:
* Estimate space requirement and future performance
* Optimize MySQL database performance for large tables and frequent queries
* Experience with MySQL on Microsoft platforms / C# a plus (not a must)
* Interest in semantics analysis a plus
