PHP/MySQL Expert Needed ASAP

Project:
Display MySQL data via PHP
Project is 90-95% complete
Need someone Immedietly to fly to Texas (or possible over the net)
Again, I need an expert, I've been through three people who are considered experts who could not complete this project.
Main problem now (we believe) lies in the way a query is being executed or the way the data is being stored. It works if we only have a very limited amount of data.
Please respond ASAP.
We have several more of the projects to implement and would be high interested in having you continue on to design the future projects.
