Well funded startup in Emeryville, CA is seeking Senior MySQL database engineer to own the database tier of our web sites.
This position is a key, “hands-on” position with the database engineer involved in the entire product development life-cycle. The development environment will be highly dynamic with iterative product releases supporting multiple web sites that incorporate the following aspects:
· Web based content management & blogging tools
· Communications applications to include email, chat, instant messenger
· E-Commerce capabilities.
· High performance, secure, high transaction multi-tier web applications
· Integration with 3rd party open source and commercial web applications
