MySQL DBA - Suitland MD

I am hiring a full time MySQL DBA for ongoing support with at goverment customer. I'm looking for someone who can assist in migrating from MySQL version 4.x to 5. Qualified candidates should understand what the differences are and how to apply the new features, like “trigger and views”. Other areas we are using include SQL utilities such as “Explain SQL”, and “MyAdmin”, Replications (master/slave), and storage engines.
