Need help to load 5 million + reords in database

Hello Everyone

I need help. I have a data file in csv format with over 5 million reords. there are 14 columns. I need to load the data into the table. but it is very teadiuos tak to load so many reords in one go.
Is there any command equivalent to PostGRESQl's copy command to load the data directly into database in very small time.
Please reply back as it is very important for me to load that much amount of data in small amount of time into the database.
