That's a very generic question. Have you tried using our Migration Toolkit? I assume it can migrate a PostgreSQL database, too, if you can connect to it via JDBC: http://dev.mysql.com/downloads/migration-toolkit/1.0.html

Also, http://www.osdbmigration.org/ might contain a few hints on what to keep in mind when migrating.
