Re: Tables not merged properly.
Hi.
Is it possible that you created the tables with different versions of MySQL?
Please run SHOW TABLE STATUS LIKE 'barlog_2005' and SHOW TABLE STATUS LIKE 'barlog_2006'. Look at the 'Version' column.
If they are the same, then please look at SHOW CREATE TABLE for both MyISAM tables and the MERGE table. They should be identical except that the MERGE table will not have unique indexes.
