PHP mysql master detail part procedure

I am developing a online shopping web site. While the enquiry is raised i want to insert the master data (name, address, email etc...) in the master table and multiple detail data (itemid, Qty, Rate etc..) in the detail table. I plan to use stored procedure because master id is stored in the detail table. When use in online if multiple people raise order at a same time then no problem in number dublication.
