Sorry, didn't realize what that you wanted to see the comments in SHOW CREATE PROCEDURE...
No, all inline comments are removed during the creation. You can only see the comments in the COMMENT clause in SHOW CREATE PROCEDURE.
Save stored procedures in .sql files along with comments...much easier that way. Plus, you can use VC on your SQL files to do versioning..
