Can we do managed code (vb.net) stored procedures?

Does MySQL support managed code (i.e. vb.net) for stored procedure / triggers as SQL Server 2005 and Oracle 10g R2 does? If so, how do they do it? SQL Server's implementation is in-process, while Oracle's is out-of-process.

Thanks!
