Administrator 1.1.5 GPF' ing

I am having this app error on Server 2003 Standard, AFTER
I log out of Win2003, I log back in and I am greeted with this Error, the Admin App is not running when I log out.. Hmmm ????
MySQL 5.0.16
The application, C:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Administrator 1.1\MySQLAdministrator.exe,
generated an application error The error occurred on 12/21/2005 @ 23:59:02.593
The exception generated was c0000005 at address 005CC873 (MySQLAdministrator)
Anyone else seen this issue ?
