Stored Procedures on GoDaddy

Hi all,
I recently migrated a snall database application to GoDaddy, who were chosen because they allow SPs on MySQL databases on their virtual hosts.
However, on a few occasions now, my stored procedures have become 'empty', by which I mean there is a CREATE PROCEDURE statement, but no SQL content.
I am not aware of any way my app can be doing this, and GoDaddy support simply refer users on here as soon as the question gets technical.
Any help appreciated.
