Stored Procedure for multiple, unknown serch values

Hello,
i didn't find the right way to solve my problem...


I have a Formular where the User can fill in multiple search Values or not.
And i want to create a MYSQL Statement which chose the right entries from my Database.
Can anyone Help mew to find the right way to start?
