1. What value does the var named @1 have?
2. What do you intend by the odd expression @"192.168.101.187"? If you want to pass a string literal, drop the '@'.
3. Your sproc declares IN params, but the expression VALUES (@SiteID,@AffiliateID,@IPAddress,now()) ignores them in favour of user vars.
