Hi, I have the same problem. I have a trigger that calls a stored procedure. I have a select and an update in the stored procedure which I want to have within a transaction. I get the same error. Can anyone if what I am trying to do is possible in MySQL?

Also, does anyone know of a simple way to print debug output in a stored procedure which is called by a trigger.
