When upgrading to 5.0.10, you'll need to drop any triggers prior to the upgrade, then re-create them once you've completed the upgrade. This is due to a number of incompatible changes in the triggers implementation (including a change in the triggers namespace).

Beginning with MySQL 5.0.11, mysqldump will dump triggers.
