thank you for your reply and advise Jay,
i used the trigger :D
but i can not use FKs 'cause this DB has a very very bad design! in this design each of two tables has FK to another one. i know this should be done by one table referencing itself, but i didn't designed this DB and i just should migrate it from SQLServer to MySQL :((.
