Ok, i thought that it could be due to running an older version - aparently, that's not your problem.

You could look in the data directory in de the dir that corresponds to your database. Look for a file with a name that corresponds to the name of your trigger and has the extension .TRG or .TRN
Remove file from directory (maybe backup your data first?) and see if you're in luck. Don't just delete the files - you want to be able to put them back of this did not help.
(I never did this but I'd probably put the server down if I had the chance before attempting this.)
