Table A record (2 4 U) "has been updated(U)" but all rows that you show have ID=U. "DEVICE table with 4 devices" means what exactly; 4 rows, one for each device? Then why show only 3 rows? What is the rule which determines that after deletion of the 2nd row in table A, row (2 2 U) should change to (2 3 U)? What does "synchronising a record" mean--synchronise what record, synchronise it with what, synchronise it according to what criteria? I can make no sense of "device has an Insert action, what means he hasn't synchronised this record yet". There are both local and shared copies of the database? Does synchronisation refer to updating the shared db from a local db? There is a rule which says "if a maintable row is deleted, delete all shadowtable rows where action ='I'"? Sorry, it looks entirely ad hoc, trying to understand it is like trying to decode a secret language, and I am not succeeding.
