follow Bob Field or do it using phpMyAdmin

what phpMyAdmin doing this is the same as what Bob Field said.

using phpMyAdmin:
1. browse phpMyAdmin page, login, select database.
2. click Browse Table or View Table Structure of the table you want to duplicated
3. click Operations under xxxSERVER > xxx DATABASE > xxx TABLE line, then you will see a Copy/Duplicate Table operation with some options such as StuctureOnly、Structure&Data、DataOnly...
