I appreaciate all the help I'm getting here. I want to make sure and thank everyone so far.

I'm sorry if I'm not as much help in getting the right information out as to what's wrong.

I think what you're saying is that the server is running but there is no access granted in to the server?

Under the services it says that the MySQL isn't running... it's stopped. Not sure if that helps.
