Thanks for reply,
(1) every record has only one parent, And any parent may has many records, I think this is the popular approach of parent-childs in Databases.
(2) in hierarchy column we will store combine of INT IDs only, so I suppose Parents_IDs-ID approach good one.
At last, this is a new idea and surly it needs a lot of improvements, I need help in it.
