Mysql cluster 7.1.5 can't use table partition!

Dear all,
I use mysql cluster 7.1,is it not support table partition?
When I create talbe use talbe partition command,it is display errno:
Can't create table 'ekor2.ti'(errno: 138)
plese help me!
