Can't log on to a new database

Hi I have a Godaddy account. I have a MySql database that I got set up and working fine. I can connect to this database with Query Browser.

I decided to start tracking genealogy data and created a second MySql Database for this.

I created some tables and inserted some rows using the administration feature on Go Daddy. However I can't seem to connect to this second database on Query Browser which I would rather use.

Both connections are using port 3306.

I can ping the second database OK.

Some posts I checked suggested opening up the port in the firewall but I think they were talking about on the server. And both is these connections are using the same port (3306) and one is working.

I have screen shots of the screens and I can post the URL to them if that will help?
