(Especially for Mike Lischke) Query Browser bug causes 99% CPU usage

When I(as Administrator) open Query Browser 1.1.14 on Windows Server 2003,
Web Edition and MySQL 4.1, I get the following error message in the status bar
(at the bottom):

"Access violation at address 005B2504 in module 'MySQLQueryBrowser.exe'
Read of address 00000000".

Though it runs OK, giving correct results, there is also some flickering.
One gets the impression the GUI's view is being refreshed imperceptibly
fast. None of the menu items opens when you click on them. The GUI refuses
to close. CPU usage shoots up to 99%.

This is obviously a serious bug! I see that it was already known last
year: http://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=6739 . Is there already a fix?
Will this be included in the "Bug Fixing Marathon"?
