My system has been running quite happily for months with:

Server Version: Apache/2.2.4 (Win32) mod_ssl/2.2.4 OpenSSL/0.9.8e PHP/5.2.0
PHP 5.2.0
MySQL 5.0.27 community via TCP/IP

Today I installed
MySQL 5.0.41 communtity via TCP/IP
and after a "round" of "Could not start the service mySQL. Error: 0"
I now start receiving this ..
"PHP Warning: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library 'D:\\Program Files\\PHP\\ext\\php_mysqli.dll' - Invalid access to memory location.\r\n in Unknown on line 0"

Well guys - thank god I only did it on my Test Server - My real one is still chugging away with the config at the top.

My guess is that there is some incompatability between PHP 5.2.0 and MySQL 5.0.41 - the answer is probably over in the $595 per year section ;)
