HEY MYSQL Help Me!

i need to configure the client and server, help me in this topic.
i need to use 2 PC and PC A =192.168.1.202 and PC B = 192.168.1.205
My database will be in PC A
the same database in PC A has to be connected from PC B
i tried to use mysql -u root -h 192.168.1.202 it displays the following error
ERROR 1130 (HY000): Host '192.168.1.202' is not allowed to connect to this MySQL Server
can any one one send me the stepwise sequence for its solution
