Cannot start MySQL in Centos 6.5 64bits

I installed MySQL DB Server 5.7.71-1el6 (x86_64) using "And/Remoteve Software" in Centos 6.5.
MySQL cannot start and in .err file:

Please share how to to fix it. Thanks!
