No. Only MySQL knows how to put it all together.


Why don't you just use the last regular backup you took with mysqldump? It's an .sql file.

Other than that, you might be lucky if you install the same version of MySQL that you had on a different machine, and put your files in the data folder of the new MySQL server.
As long as you diddn't have any database objects that are stored in the mysql database, like procedures, functions et al.
