Defragmentation and Database Optimizing Tool in the Background

Hello together,

I have a database project that collects a lot of data, and stores it in a MYSQL database. So over a year we get up to 200 GB of data. Well we recognized that the database was getting slower and slower.
So my first question is: Are there any tools existing that optimize mysql Databases Tables in the background (online), because we have several hundred tables with more then one GB of data??? No Matter if it is slow.

Well I know the usual optimize statement but this statement blocks the table (no possible write access). And this is my problem.

The next issue I want to ask for is about online Defragmention:

Is there any tool existing that does online Defragmentation of MySQL Data???
