Installing Workbench on Mac startup crash issue

I installed MySQL Workbench on my Macbook running version 10.7.5.

When I launch the app I get the error message below.

Dyld Error Message:
Library not loaded: /System/Library/Frameworks/CoreGraphics.framework/Versions/A/CoreGraphics
Referenced from: /Applications/MySQLWorkbench.app/Contents/MacOS/../Frameworks/libcairo.2.dylib
Reason: image not found

How would I fix this issue. Do I need to update my mac version or just installed CoreGraphics.framework?

If I need to install CoreGraphics.framework how would I do this.
