Re: Download a new installation
1. Control panel >> Uninstall a Program >> (in the upper right textbox type: mysql)>> Uninstall every item you see on the list.
2. Delete MySQL folder from the following locations:
C:\Program Files
C:\Program Files (x86) <<if your OS is x64>>
C:\ProgramData <<its a hidden folder and may not appear listed for you, so type the path in Windows Explorer bar to browse it.>>
3. Run the msi installer again (this will copy the files that come in the bundle to their default location).
