"String was not recognized as a valid DateTime" error when installing MySQL 5.6.21

Just installed a new Win2012 R2 server and all is well inside Windows.

But...when trying to install the new MySQL 5.6.21 which is apparently now all packed into one file, I get this error when trying to add the x64 binaries to be installed: "String was not recognized as a valid DateTime"

Is there any URL or site where the individual packages can be downloaded, rather than this non-working cra...?
