Insert Greek characters in a MySQL database

Hi all!

I've tried to insert Greek characters in a MySQL tabel but it doesn't work.

I've 3.23.54 MySQL version, and i've tried to encode in UTF-8 the greek characters but MySQL seem to not understant someones; indeed some characters are replaced by "squares" in data fields.

Does my version work with UTF-8 encoding? Is there some specical functions to encode greek characters?
