Server just crashed
After many months of no problems it just crashed this morning. There is nothing in the error log, but I did find this in the event viewer.
Faulting application mysqld-nt.exe, version 0.0.0.0, faulting module mysqld-nt.exe, version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x000c08a7.
I'm running 4.0.13 and I have never seen this in the 3 months of monitoring this server. Any ideas?
