/home/mysqldata is a directory in my linux file system.
[test@TestFedora home]$ pwd
/home
[test@TestFedora home]$ ll
drwxrwxrwx. 2 mysql mysql 4096 10 22 18:31 mysqldata
drwx------. 23 test test 4096 10 23 17:31 test
