What were you restoring from? A dump taken by mysqldump or xtrabackup? Those load a table, then build the indexes. In building the indexes, "tmpdir" is used. It _may_ be that you have one huge table that filled up ...\temp.

Suggest you change the setting for tmpdir (in my.cnf) to some path in your bigger drive.
