Big tables?

Your MySQL instance appears to be running out of memory.

"The log sequence number in ibdata files does not match " suggests an InnoDB tabke operation crashed so InnoDB has to resynchronise data & log. Move the ib*.log to another location so InnoDB can start fresh.

Without an innodb_buffer_pool_size setting, it defaults to 134217728, ie 128MB. With 1GB available, it should be set near 700MB.

If those fixes do not stop the crashes, you need to log queries so you can find the queries that crash the system.
