Recover innodb table!

My ibdata1 file is crashed. I used ddrecue to copy ibdata1 to another location. There is only 4096B/500MB is lost. (all log, frm myi and myd files is OK). But mysql can't start with recover ibdata1 file.
Is there any way to recover my database?
(I also have backup database some day before, can I merge data from old ibdata1 file to current?)
