You want to receive 5,134,336 rows? And you want it 'fast'? Think about network timing -- it cannot be done 'fast'.

Did you time it with and without the FORCE INDEX? Either one _might_ be faster.

How much RAM do you have? What is the setting of key_buffer_size?

Which columns are in which tables? Please
* Qualify each column whenever using JOIN.
* Provide SHOW CREATE TABLE for each table.

Is this "Data Warehousing"? And the data in the table does not change after it is inserted? Then Summary tables is the answer. Easily get 10x speedup. See my blog: http://mysql.rjweb.org/doc.php/summarytables .
